I feel tired; to be fair, I spend most of the afternoon doing housework without a clear break.

Call this a precaution; my nephew and my niece are coming back home at the end of the week, and my mother tends to become a bit... paranoid and hysterical about the cleaning. To simply put it, we never do it good enough for her, or we're not fast enough for her tastes.

The results are, by the end of the housework chores, we're all tense and screaming at each others. So, since she and my Dad were out this afternoon, I decided to start and progress at my own pace rather than hers. Sure, we'll have to take another round for the house to be it's spotless, but I cleaned up the worst.

Even cleaned the dishes and cooked the meat balls she asked me for while I was at it (our usual butcher shop is closing for a week, so Mom ordered enough meat to last until they reopen. However, the butcher forgot to put part of the order 'sous-vide' for longer conservation, cue having to cook it early on before it was spoiled)!

So, housework, check. Gardening... not today. Will have to wait a day or two.

For now, it's rest time! So, what to do? Too tired yet to play World of Warcraft, and too tired to write; have a plot bunny who bit hard yesterday and is growing on me. You might expect a TFA fic in the following week or two, however.

Still have to watch TF: Prime episodes... if my sister allows me to have the TV. Which is unlikely for now.

Guess I'll do some reading then.

(The JdG, literally 'the Attic Player', is an equivalent to the Angry Video Game Nerd, though, from what I've heard, since I never watched the AVGN, is his far less... colorful when it comes to game criticizes.)
