Civil servant examination is done \o/

Of course, I'm not exactly glad with what I did; some of the questions asked, I wasn't prepared for, and I'm not sure I correctly redacted the second part, but I did my best given the circunstances, so wait and see. And if I don't manage to get it... well, I have the posssibility to pass another one in November, and hopefully, I'll do better.

On the bright side, I met one of my former classmate at the examination; she too was taking it. We hadn't seen since last year, when classes stopped, so we exchanged some news. Seems like I'm not the only one having trouble finding a job...

Anyway, it's over. Results will be given on September 9th.

Now I can relax and try and make plans.

Not too sure yet of how that theme park project is going to end, so I'll focus on the costume project for now. Still need to Mom said she should have a pattern I could use somewhere, but we haven't been able to find it yet.
I did find something, though: old photos that had been stored apart from the main collections. I spent part of the afternoon browsing through them. It's all kinds of weird, fun and bittersweet to see some of them... Even found a couple I had been searching for for a while, like photos from a Easter eggs hunt and photos from a particular Christmas where my Dad disguised himself as Santa to give us presents :)

Stopped looking at them when I went to the swimming pool earlier today with my sister, her ex-boyfriend (yes,they're still on friendly terms, even if she does want to slap him sometimes) and a friend of his. It was fun :)
We ended up going at a snack bar after the swim. Decided for a orange juice and a chocolate chips muffin (one kind of cake I'm not familiar with, as I generally take viennoiseries such as 'pain au chocolat' when I end up buying sweets), which I rather enjoyed. I might go back there sometimes in the near future. Perhaps even tomorrow if they're open, 'cause the ex-boyfriend has suggested we go to see Star Trek Into Darkness tomorrow evening with him and some friends, and there might be plans to go and eat in a brasserie after the movie :)

And, to my surprise, my Mom suggested we go to L'Usine this week. L'Usine, litterally 'The Factory', is sort-of a mall situated at Roubaix, my Dad's hometown, about one hour away from our house; that where we usually go when we need to find good quality bedding, among other things. Its name comes from the fact it was installed in a reconverted factory ;)
If Mom keeps that project in mind, it should be interesting to go XD
